Reception started their Heroes topic. They have been learning about fictional heroes and real life heroes. Our focus story was Supertato. They have been designing  capes. They thought carefully about the colours and the shapes to use. They tried to use colours that corresponded to their superpowers. For example; if we had fire powers we used hot colours like red, yellow and orange. If we had super speed, we used the colours of a cheetah. If our power was to make a rainbow, we used all the colours of the rainbow on our cape designs.
